Center Parklet Bracket

The Center Bracket is a leveling and framing bracket for the middle of a deck or parklet. The center bracket can connect to tee brackets or other center brackets in a variety of configurations. A center bracket holds 4 2x6’s. Center brackets are used in parklets that are both longer AND wider than 9.5', including our 10-Piece Kits.

This kit is intended to be used with standard deck framing lumber from your local lumberyard or home improvement retailer. 
 
Recommended maximum span of 2x6 is 9.5 feet. 
 
The dimensions of these brackets are for dressed lumber. Commonly referred to as 2x6’s, the actual measurements of these are 1.5x5.5. It may be best to take the bracket to the store with you to test the size of the wood. 
  
Lag screws are included in this kit. Use 2 screws at a minimum in each piece of lumber. It is best if you drill a pilot hole before screwing in the lag bolt to avoid splitting the wood.
